We are looking for a passionate, reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team for the season.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Perks of the Line)
You’ll be a vital part of our kitchen engine, turning out fresh, seasonal dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning wines.
● Prep with Purpose: Execute daily prep work, keeping your station locked, loaded, and organized.
● Rock the Stations: Own your section—whether you’re holding down the grill, tossing sauté pans, or slinging artisanal pizzas in our outdoor oven.
● Plate Like an Artist: Maintain high standards for consistency, portion control, and beautiful plate presentation. Every dish should look camera-ready.
● Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless workspace and strictly follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations (because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen).
● Teamwork & Inventory: Help us rotate stock (FIFO is life), monitor inventory levels, and handle fresh ingredients with respect.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re a close-knit crew, so we’re looking for someone who brings good vibes, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for food.
● The Track Record: 1 to 2 years of previous kitchen experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with wood-fired ovens, but we’re happy to train!).
● The Chops: Solid knife skills, knowledge of culinary techniques, and a firm grasp on food safety standards.
● The Stamina: Ability to stand for long, fast-paced shifts and thrive in a hot kitchen environment.
● The Flexibility: Vineyard life means weekend crowds. You must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
