Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties through lawn care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products
- Plant, water, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and gardens
- Prune trees and shrubs and remove damaged plant material
- Assess lawn health and identify weeds, pests, or disease issues
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow scheduled maintenance routes and customer service standards
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, walking, and repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and client-focused
