Summary
Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Food Truck team. Food Truck Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
This role requires strong teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in busy event settings while maintaining the high standards Stacked has set for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Stacked recipes and presentation standards.
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and consistency are maintained at all times.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management before and during events.
Customer Service
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Food Truck Operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the food truck at various locations and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations and equipment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Help monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Support the team in maintaining efficient service during high-volume periods.
- Work independently to ensure all food truck operations are prepared in advance as necessary.
Teamwork & Reliability
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts and events.
- Demonstrate flexibility with varying schedules, locations, and event types.
- Represent the Stacked brand professionally at all times.
Minimum Requirements
· Previous restaurant, food truck, or customer service experience considered an asset.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
· Food Handler Certification considered an asset.
