Brick Lawn Landscaping is a growing landscape construction company based in Edmonton, specializing in high-quality outdoor construction projects including paver patios, retaining walls, artificial turf, sod, fences, rock beds, grading, and full yard transformations.
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman who can lead a crew, take ownership of job sites, and help us deliver clean, professional, high-quality work for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has real hands-on hardscape experience, knows how to manage a crew, and wants to be part of a company that is growing quickly.

Responsibilities
As the Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the crew and managing day-to-day operations on site.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a landscape construction crew
- Reading and executing project plans, layouts, and scopes of work
- Building paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, turf areas, fences, sod, rock beds, and other landscape construction projects
- Operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other construction tools
- Keeping projects on schedule and maintaining production throughout the day
- Managing materials, tools, equipment, and site organization
- Communicating with the owner/project manager daily
- Training and mentoring crew members
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Communicating professionally with homeowners when needed
- Solving problems on site and making sure the crew stays productive
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscaping experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising a crew
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation methods
- Experience with pavers, base prep, retaining walls, grading, turf, sod, and fence work
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other landscape construction equipment
- Ability to read plans, measurements, layouts, and scopes of work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to keep a crew organized and productive
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of the job site
Preferred Experience
- Retaining wall installation
- Paver patio and walkway installation
- Artificial turf installation
- Final grading and sod installation
- Fence construction
- Equipment operation
- Experience managing residential landscape construction projects from start to finish

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00–$38.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends depending on workload
Work Location: On the road / job sites around Edmonton and surrounding areas
