Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in bodywork. This role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Auto Body Technician will work closely with our team to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting.
- Replace or repair damaged panels, bumpers, and other components.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in automotive technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Pay: $35.00-$36.00 per hour
