Coghlan Psychotherapy is a growing clinic that combines play and therapy to support families through their most difficult challenges. We see a wide range of concerns facing kids and teens, including trauma, behavioural issues, ADHD, self-esteem, anxiety, adoption, and more. We are looking to expand our admin team to provide further support for families in the Peterborough / Kawartha area. If you are an organized and outgoing individual who is ready to do meaningful work supporting kids and families, we would love to hear from you.

Pay ranges from $20-$25/hour
You keep the machine running so our everyone can bring their best.
Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Front desk and scheduling support
2. Client communications
3. Process payments
4. Track metrics
At a minimum, you’ll need the following to qualify:
1. Experience working in customer service
2. Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome to apply!
To sweeten the deal, show us the following:
1. Proficiency with Google Drive Suite, Mac, Gmail, Windows, and spreadsheet programs
2. Knowledge of Jane App
3. An ability to quickly prioritize and manage oncoming tasks
4. Ability and experience designing and implementing systems
