Now Hiring: Automotive Technician – Parry Sound, ON
We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team at Bourgeois Ford North. While a Licensed 310S Technician is preferred, we are also open to apprentices who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in a supportive, experienced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, solid mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable working with a range of tools and diagnostic equipment.
What We Offer:
- Wage range: $70,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications – not guaranteed)
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday — no weekends

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on all makes and models
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect vehicles and provide accurate mechanical assessments
- Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- Licensed 310S Technician is preferred; apprentices will also be considered
- Previous Ford experience is an asset
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
- Familiarity with assembling and disassembling vehicle components
