Crystal Physio is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our busy and growing multidisciplinary clinic in the Mississauga area. We are an integrative health and wellness clinic providing comprehensive patient care through Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Registered Massage Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of clients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions, including injuries, pain, and functional limitations
- Develop clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Apply clinical reasoning to determine appropriate treatment strategies, prognosis, and follow-up care
- Provide evidence-based chiropractic treatments to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Assess client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, home care, posture, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Provide professional recommendations and collaborate with other healthcare providers when required

- Joint mobilization and manipulation
- Soft tissue mobilization and manipulation
- Manual traction
- Muscle stimulation
- Taping techniques
- Sport-specific rehabilitation
- Injury prevention screening and programs
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the applicable provincial College of Chiropractors
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and claims, including WSIB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims, is preferred
- Acupuncture background/certification is an asset but not required
