Pay:
- Guaranteed $18/hr base
- P4P earnings typically land between $20–$28/hr, based on speed, quality, and teamwork

The Work:
- Various landscaping jobs including lawn edgers, patios, retaining wall, fencing, property cleanups, sod installs and more.
- Mowing, trimming, edging
- Operating professional equipment safely
- Keeping properties clean and sharp
- Working with a team that communicates and supports each other
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license (clean record required)
- Reliable transportation to get to work
- Able to handle physical, fast‑paced outdoor work
- Will train the right candidate — experience is a bonus, not required
