MISSION:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate storage, movement, and distribution of raw materials. The successful candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, supply production efficiently, perform cycle counts, and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 98% or greater by consistently following established procedures
while supporting ongoing inventory control initiatives.
- Ensure 100% of production material requests are picked, verified, and delivered accurately and
on time.
- Complete assigned cycle counts according to schedule.
- Maintain warehouse locations in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition by consistently
following 5S standards.
- Maintain accurate identification and traceability of all materials by properly labeling, storing,
and transacting inventory
Warehouse & Inventory Operations Experience – Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control functions, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.- Material Handling Certification – Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification.
- Inventory & Systems Proficiency – Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems, including cycle counting and inventory transaction accuracy.
- Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office and other warehouse-related software applications.
- Organization & Time Management – Effectively prioritizes work, manages multiple tasks, and maintains accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety, Quality & Inventory Discipline – Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety standards, product quality, inventory accuracy, FIFO practices, and 5S workplace organization.
- Teamwork & Accountability – Works independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
- Shipping & Receiving Operations – Experience supporting high-volume material movement, receiving, storage, and shipment activities.
- Physical Job Requirements – Able to safely lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
