The Why
We believe in straightforward, competitive pay that reflects the hard work and effort.
- Hourly Rate: Starting $30-34/hour (Driving Time) based on experience. Yearly evaluations on performance.
- Loading/Unloading: Additional 1 hour pay per pick-up and 1 hour per drop-off.
- Tarping: Flat fee. $75 loading/$25 offloading
- Stat Holidays: 10-hour guaranteed pay after 15 days of employment
- Vacation: 4% Vacation Pay.
- Benefits: 100% Employer-Paid Premiums. We cover the full cost of your comprehensive benefits package ($3 per hour) so you don't have to—ensuring you and your family are secure without the payroll deductions.
The Lifestyle
- Work-Life Balance: Majority of loads are Monday to Friday.
- The Route: Scenic hauls across Western Canada and Northwestern America.
- New Equipment: All equipment is less than 5 years old.
- Flexibility: Optional "take the truck home" privileges.
What You Bring to the team:
We are looking for a seasoned pro who takes pride in their equipment and their safety record.
- Licensing: Professional Class 1 Driver’s License.
- Maintenance: Pre and Post inspections. Bi-Weekly de-coupling, greasing, and equipment check.
- Experience: 2 years of proven expertise with B-train flatbed trailers and securing loads (including tarping).
- Mountain Pro: Confidence and experience in winter mountain driving conditions.
- Respect: Someone that maintains respect on the road, and with customers.
- Safety First: Clean Driver’s Abstract and Collision Report required.
