We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
Duties
- Point of Contact of Agency P&C and commercial Insurance clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to new quotes , billing and policy change inquiries via phone, email in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly within financial services .
- MUST have OTL licens or Willing to get with in two weeks.
