Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Supervise and train staff members, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Manage team schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Supervise food serving processes, including barista services if applicable
- Enforce cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and special event catering when necessary
- Lead by example in hospitality excellence, demonstrating leadership and team management skills
Experience
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Background in interviewing and onboarding staff preferred
- Experience working in diverse settings such as restaurants, hotels, or the food industry is highly valued

Pay: $35,987.10-$97,082.24 per year
