At Evolution Gymnastics Aurora, we’re not just flipping and tumbling, we’re building confidence, character, and community. Our recreational and competitive gymnastics programs help kids thrive in a fun, safe, and energetic environment. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, people-focused and proactive.
This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing many hats - from front desk operations and customer service to social media and supervising a small team.
Job Summary:
You’ll be the friendly face families see when they walk through the door, the calm voice behind our emails, and the organized brain that helps keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in promoting the gym through social media and marketing and will supervise and support other front desk staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet families and athletes warmly and professionally
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with registrations, class changes, and waitlists
- Support parent questions and coach communication
Billing & Admin
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with families
- Maintain clean, organized digital and paper records
- Process payments, refunds, and credits
- Track and reorder supplies as needed
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture photos and videos to showcase the gym’s programs
- Help promote programs, camps, special events, and session launches
- Support email marketing and flyers for upcoming promotions
- Brainstorm fun ideas to connect with current and new families
Staff Support & Supervision
- Support with onboarding, training, and scheduling front desk staff
- Supervise front desk team and ensure professional, consistent service
- Help maintain clear procedures and coverage during open hours
- Assist with hiring and performance feedback as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with email, social media platforms, and basic graphic tools (Canva, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer service, office admin, or front desk work
- Bonus: experience supervising or training staff
- Bonus: experience using gymnastics software iClassPro
Hours & Availability:
- You will work approx 12-16 hours per week; must be available Mondays, Wednesdays (4pm-830pm) and Saturdays (830am-1pm)
- Some flexibility required for gym events, camps, and launches
