Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our team. As an entry level repair team member, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various types of tires, including light and heavy-duty vehicle tires , and shop machinery maintenance. Because this is an entry level, hands-on role, applicants must have an open mind and be ready to learn new things.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and utilize the on-site training that is provided
- Work safely and maintain a clean organized work area
- Learn the skills needed to repair, change, and replace all sizes of tires
- Work on various vehicles from scooters to large off the road vehicles
- Have a positive and upbeat attitude, and to support all team members
- flexible and reliable for a variety of work shifts
Experience:
- Work as a supportive team member
- Exposure to hands on physical work would be an asset
- Provide your own transportation
- Exposure to hand tools and power tools would be an asset
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of commercial industry. You will learn how safety is built into working practice, and how to deal with various industrial situations. You will gain hands on experience with various tools and exposure to various equipment and vehicles.
