We are now seeking for a reliable and capable Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The chosen candidate will be someone who has an eye for details, and can bring a positive, enthusiastic approach to the job. Main Responsibilities:
1. Contact and coordinate external service companies to preventively maintain facilities and equipment on a regular basis (We has a long-term equipment maintenance company to provide regular services)
2. Conduct routine inspections and setting adjustments on the operation of cold storage refrigeration and defrost equipment, identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
3. Perform simple maintenance and repairs on premise and small-scale equipment
4. Handle maintenance, replenishment, and procurement of maintenance consumables and materials.
5. Enter and maintain daily production records
Requirements:
1. Strong hands-on skills with good knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and refrigeration.
2. Mandarin Chinese is a must for this position.
3. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication.
4. Proficient in office Excel and Word.
5. Forklift operation experience is preferred.
Annual Compensation: $65,000~$75,000
