With a starting base salary of $45,000, plus a highly lucrative commission and bonus structure, successful Sales Executives can realistically earn $80,000 to $100,000+ annually as they develop their skills, build their client portfolio, and grow within the organization. There is no cap on commissions, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our successful Sales Team. The responsibility of a Sales Executive is to consistently sell all Merchant 1 Payments products through cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts/cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their payment processing needs.
- Present customized payment solutions that deliver value and savings.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions through Salesforce.
- Work closely with management and team members to achieve company objectives.

- Proven sales experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales opportunities (B2B) through active cold calling
- Achieve daily KPIs and monthly sales targets
- Effective use of CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline
- Ability to adapt to a script and excel using it
