Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Assist with retail sales of beauty products, providing product demos and recommendations.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty trends.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions; additional skills in hair styling, nail care, or tattooing are a plus.
- Familiarity with salon software and management systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Experience in salon, med spa settings or hospitality is advantageous.
