Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers’ locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns with clear communication skills
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or services to enhance their experience
- Organize deliveries efficiently and maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner and assist with unloading items in accordance with company requirements
Experience
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, demonstrating confidence in promoting products or services
- Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules, paperwork, and inventory control
Compensation details
$25/hour, full time, health spending account after three months probationary period and a company vehicle is provided.
