Responsibilities:
- Engage Prospective clients to generate more growth opportunity.
- Coordinate inbound or outbound leads
- Professionally represent our brand when dealing with assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper sales process execution
- Help gain competitive market intelligence
- Support the Customer Survey process as required

- Enjoy meeting and speaking with people
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain insurance products, ask the correct questions to understand needs, and book appointments.
- Polished interpersonal skills to create client rapport and trusting relationships.
- Attention to detail to ensure paperwork is not a barrier to sales.
- Proficiency in typing and using Microsoft Office products – Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Licensee:
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance Required within 3 months if hire.
- Sales background is an asset
- Existing book of business is an asset
- Commercial experience is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,683.07-$300,000.00 per year
