Your Opportunity!
Mornington Communications has an immediate opening for a Customer Success Associate (Full time, 1 year Contract) working out of our Milverton location, with occasional travel to other stores. The role is for 5 days per week, 9am-5:30pm. This a great opportunity to learn about the telecommunications business, while building your interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would be a person with strong community involvement who is goal oriented and possesses excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:·
- Understand fully, the features and selling points of Mornington products in order to match them to the needs of the customers
- Be responsible for cash, credit card and debit transactions and the balancing of them
- Inventory Management
- Respond to customer questions and solve problems relating to cellular, internet and other products sold at the store
- Error free data entry
- Maintain retail store appearance with merchandising and general cleanliness
- Be a Mornington Ambassador in the local community by attending tradeshows and events
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to our different locations
- Willingness to work flexible hours (on occasion), exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work at different store locations when required
- High school diploma
- Retail and Sales experience is an asset
- Criminal Background check
