We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the baking and coming up with innovative monthly specials. With a focus on loaded cinnamon buns, cafe syrups & cold foams.
Duties
- Decorate baked goods.
- baked and prep baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety standards
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Experience in bakery production is highly desirable
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, baking, and food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food products safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Kitchen experience including food handling, packaging, and presentation skills
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay: $19.25-$22.25 per hour
