We are building a small, driven, performance-focused marketing team to fuel the growth of a high-performing residential painting business in downtown and east-end Toronto. Door-to-door marketing in residential neighborhoods
Representing the brand professionally and confidently
Initiating respectful conversations with homeowners
Generating and qualifying leads for exterior and interior painting projects
Booking free estimates for our sales team
Working within assigned postal-code territories
Tracking daily performance metrics and improving week over week
Operating independently while being held to clear standards and expectations
This is field-based marketing and sales, not passive advertising.
This position is best suited for someone who:

Summer position (May–August)
Minimum 3 shifts per week (3–4 hours per shift)
- Late afternoon weekday and/or weekend availability preferred

Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation (vehicle strongly preferred)
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Coachable attitude and willingness to improve

$18–30/hour depending on PERFORMANCE
