Our dynamic rehab team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and Acupuncturists. We believe in total-body wellness and are expanding our practice to integrate dedicated mental health services.We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our clinical family and support a growing demand for holistic, mental health care within our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, or family counselling and psychotherapy sessions (in-person, with hybrid options available).
- Conduct clinical intake assessments, identify therapeutic goals, and build evidence-based treatment plans.
- Utilize modalities tailored to client needs (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, or trauma-informed care).
- Maintain timely, secure electronic clinical notes in full compliance with college regulations using Jane App/Clinicmaster.
- Collaborate casually with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient recovery outcomes.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent graduate-level clinical field.
- Insurance: Valid, active independent professional liability/malpractice insurance.
- Skills: Excellent clinical boundaries, independent problem-solving skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative setting.
