Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $60-90K/year, based on experience
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
- Manage administrative requirements for land acquisition and third-party projects
- Maintain accurate and complete project, field, and administrative files
- Ensure documentation complies with client, company, industry, and legislative requirements
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates
- Communicate professionally with clients, Land Agents, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with prioritizing projects and team workloads
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Administrators and Junior Land Agents
- Identify administrative challenges and recommend process improvements
- Review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy before completion
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in land administration or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable land legislation, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
