Duties to include anything related to commercial general contracting. Plumbing, interior and exterior repairs, fencing, drywall/paint, etc.
Applicant must have experience and knowledge in repair and maintenance, and be able to resolve problems on-site. Travel is required from time to time. The applicant should be willing to take on a variety of tasks, complete paperwork promptly, and work well both as part of a team and independently.
Minimum grade 12 diploma, must have a valid G license and a clean driver's abstract is a must
