General Manager – Construction
We’re a growing construction company looking for the right person to step in and help lead our team.
This is not a training role. We need someone who can take control, make decisions, keep projects moving, and confidently manage a team of 10+ staff across multiple projects and departments.
The right person will be organized, driven, calm under pressure, and able to hold people accountable while still building a strong team culture.
This role is hands-on. You won’t just sit behind a desk — you’ll be involved in operations, project management, scheduling, problem solving, team leadership, and helping keep the entire company running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and leading a team of office staff, project managers, coordinators, and field crews
- Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and profitable
- Helping manage workloads, priorities, staffing, and timelines
- Stepping into project management responsibilities when needed
- Solving problems quickly and making decisions confidently
- Working directly with ownership to improve systems and operations
- Creating accountability and keeping standards high
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Helping drive growth while keeping the team aligned and motivated
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership skills
- Construction management experience

- Ability to manage people, projects, and pressure all at once

- Someone who can lead a team without needing constant direction
- Experience running commercial and/or residential construction projects

Pay: $90,000.00-$134,292.78 per year
