AI & Automation Analyst (Recent Graduate)
FCP Dermatology is a premier medical and cosmetic dermatology and surgery clinic located in Toronto's Financial District, catering to business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and other discerning clients. We are seeking an exceptional recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading Canadian university to help drive AI adoption and automation across our business.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior management and key team members to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate workflows, enhance reporting, and implement practical AI solutions throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized Canadian or American university
- Extensive hands-on experience with Claude, including building and deploying AI agents
- Strong familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and business process automation
- Experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
What You'll Do:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build AI agents and workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual work
- Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and operational toolsTrain team members on AI best practices and adoption
- Work closely with management to implement innovative AI initiatives
