We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight, managing drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of loads while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations for dry vans, reefers, or flatbeds
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Route optimization and load planning
- Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries
