The Candidate
ING Developments is seeking to hire a full-time assistant property manager to focus on customer service and property maintenance and repairs. This individual has the opportunity to gain significant exposure to the real estate industry and build a long-term career. The ideal candidate will have customer service, a handyman experience, computer skills, an interest in real estate, and construction experience would be an asset.
The Assistant Property Administration/ Maintenance position is expected to:
· Monitoring monthly rent collections for accuracy. Allocate labor and expenses to each property.
· Property administration duties such as updating rent rolls, preparing leases, entering leases into our system and help leasing properties.
· Managing and prepping, coordinating the move-in and move-out of tenants with the property maintenance team.
· Preparing tenant letters and notices.
· Meeting with tenants at properties
· Company credit card tracking and reconciliations.
· Responding to tenant inquiries.
· Filing and scanning.
· Ad hoc administrative duties.
This position will be part in office and mostly field work on the properties.
Qualifications:
· · Real estate knowledge or experience.
· High level of integrity and confidentiality.
· Great organizational and multi-tasking ability.
· Perceptive personality and able to problem-solve.
· Able to communicate effectively, both oral and written, ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships, and is a team player.
· Computer skills: proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks or related accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
