Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
- Market Conquest: Identify and solicit new business opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Consultative Selling: Conduct impactful demonstrations of the Lazr platform (via Zoom or in-person) and prove the tool's value-add to clients' business processes.
- Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial action plan to achieve annual growth targets.
- Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at networking events and strategic client meetings.
- Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing and follow-up.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze the competition and Ontario market trends to refine our offering.
The Ideal Profile
- The "Hunter": You are driven by winning new accounts and possess unwavering resilience.
- Sector Expertise: You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the transportation industry AND 1 to 3 years in the IT/Tech sector (Essential).
- B2B Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in business development.
- Local Network: You already have an established network of contacts in the Greater Toronto Area (An asset).
- Autonomy: Ability to work 100% remotely with ironclad discipline.
- Communication: Flawless mastery of English (Imperative). Bilingualism (French) is an asset for synergy with the head office.
Technical Skills
- Degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.).
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve complex problems quickly.
What We Offer (Conditions)
- Total Flexibility: 100% remote position.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40h/week).
