Job Summary.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. As an Owner Operator, you will utilize your own vehicle to manage deliveries and ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Operate your own truck or vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Conduct routine inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
