the pur Glow Medical Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Medical Aesthetician / Receptionist to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines hands-on medical aesthetic treatments with front desk and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, possesses strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced medical spa setting.
ResponsibilitiesMedical Aesthetician Duties
- Perform laser and medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct client consultations and treatment assessments.
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, consent forms, and clinical photographs.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with treatment planning and patient follow-up.
Reception & Administrative Duties
- Greet clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients as required.
- Utilize Jane App software for scheduling, charting, invoicing, and patient communications.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives and promote services and skincare products.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold all privacy standards.
Clinic Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Perform daily light housekeeping to ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, treatment rooms, and common spaces.
- Restock supplies in treatment rooms and washrooms as needed.
- Ensure linens, towels, and treatment materials are properly cleaned and organized.
- Dispose of waste and follow proper sanitation protocols in accordance with clinic standards.
Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician certification from an accredited institution.
- Experience performing laser and medical aesthetic treatments (required).
- Experience with InMode technologies, including Morpheus8, Forma, Lumecca, and DiolazeXL, preferred.
- Proficiency with Jane App software, including appointment scheduling, patient charting, treatment notes, invoicing, and client communications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and treatment excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
