Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a busy manufacturing team in Midland, Ontario. This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting with the manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and movement of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift Schedule
12-Hour Continental Rotation
- 2 days on, 2 days off
- Work every other weekend
- Rotate between:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:45PM - 7:00AM
Candidates must be available to work both days and nights as part of the rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with production and manufacturing processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials as required
- Operate production equipment safely following training
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with various production tasks
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or general labour experience is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Pay: From $19.24 per hour
