Prepare, submit, and track all manufacturer warranty claims in accordance with factory and dealership policies.
Review repair orders for proper documentation, coding, and authorization.
Communicate with service advisors and technicians to clarify repair details and resolve claim issues.
Monitor claim status, follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, and process corrections when needed.
Maintain organized records of all submissions, payments, and adjustments.
Stay current on Maserati and Alfa Romeo warranty policies, bulletins, and procedural updates.
Assist the Service Manager with warranty reports, audits, and related administrative duties.
