Archway Manor is seeking reliable and detail oriented Event Staff to support weddings and special events throughout our busy summer and fall season. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment and being part of memorable celebrations.
Responsibilities:
- Clear tables of glassware and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Polish glassware and assist with dish drying as needed
- Assist with ceremony setup, including arranging chairs and décor elements
- Support event flow by working closely with the venue team
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence with guests at all times
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday – Sunday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
- Work schedule ranges from 8 hours to 24 hours per week depending on event schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating friendliness and professionalism
- Experience in guest services or hospitality environments is a plus
- Background in food service or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Ability to remain flexible, adaptable, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items such as chairs and trays
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
