Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled exterior painter with airless spray experience to join our team on an on-call, project-based basis.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in exterior painting who is comfortable working independently, operating spray equipment, and driving to job sites as needed. Work will vary depending on project demand and weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Spray exterior surfaces including siding, trim, soffits, and fascia using airless sprayers
- Properly mask windows, roofs, landscaping, and surrounding areas to prevent overspray
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming)
- Back-roll and touch up as needed to ensure a high-quality finish
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Drive to job sites and transport tools/materials when required
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience with airless spray equipment (Graco, Titan, or similar)
- Experience with full exterior painting projects
- Strong attention to detail, especially with masking and finish quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
- $22–$26/hour depending on experience
