We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Power Washing Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pressure washing and soft washing services to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Operate and maintain professional-grade pressure washing equipment, surface cleaners, pumps, and chemical delivery systems.
- Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and surface sealing on various substrates (concrete, brick, wood, vinyl siding, roofs).
- Correctly mix and apply eco-friendly cleaning solutions and surfactants based on the surface type.
- Ensure absolute safety on job sites by setting up proper staging, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and managing water runoff.
Customer Service & Quality Control
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards.
- Handle post-job walkthroughs to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Equipment & Vehicle Care
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections of company vehicles and equipment trailers.
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot pressure washing gear to maximize operational lifespan.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in pressure washing (1-2 years)
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attributes: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Leadership Potential: Excellent communication skills and a desire to take on responsibility and lead others.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
