Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch food and beverage service to VIP guests
- Provide attentive, discreet, and professional table service
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, elevated experience
- Serve wine, cocktails, and plated or tray-passed cuisine with precision
- Maintain immaculate table settings and service areas
- Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and event leadership
- Uphold premium service standards aligned with a luxury event environment
- Assist with VIP section setup, service execution, and teardown
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 19+ (Nova Scotia legal age for alcohol service)

Valid Serve Right Certification (Nova Scotia) required

Ability to work flexible event hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury events, or VIP service required

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine and cocktail service

Exceptional communication and guest service skills

Ability to remain calm, composed, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment

Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and presentation

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
