Core Responsibilities (% of your time)
- Present & close deals – 45 % of your time
Walk merchants through approved offers, negotiate terms, handle objections, and secure both the signed contract and a photo ID. Key metrics: close rate, total funded volume.
- Document & compliance gatekeeping – 25 %
Verify that every KYC item, consent form, void cheque, and ID is complete and correct before sending the final package to lenders. Key metric: zero funding delays.
- Pipeline & CRM hygiene – 15 %
Keep every file’s stage (submission → funded) up to date in the CRM so commissions move quickly. Key metrics: time-to-fund and data accuracy.
- Relationship building – 10 %
Nurture repeat business and referrals, set honest expectations on renewals, and maintain long-term rapport with merchants. Key metric: renewal rate.
Share market intelligence and common objections with Openers and Funding Specialists to sharpen targeting and scripts. Key metric: actionable win-loss insights.
You’ll crush it here if you:
- Have 2+ years closing experience in MCA, equipment leasing, fintech, or high-ticket B2B sales.
- Can juggle 30–40 live files while remaining organized
- Speak fluent English (The slightest accent unfortunately will be a set back)
- Thrive on commission— you want uncapped earnings and aren’t afraid of the phone.
- Are ruthless with follow-up: calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp—whatever moves the needle.
