Job Overview:

Whether you're pruning, removing trees, running a bucket, or climbing, you take pride in doing the job right the first time. You lead your crew to ensure everyone is working safely, wearing the proper PPE, and following company procedures. You work efficiently, lead by example, and help keep every job site organized, productive, and safe from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Assess tree health and diagnose issues related to pests, diseases, or environmental factors.
- Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for high-altitude work.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting and caring for shrubs and gardens.
- Rigging techniques for safe removal of branches or trees as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Mentor and Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- Desire to be a leader in the field of Arboriculture
- Proven experience as an Arborist
- ISA certification an asset
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and safe bucket operation.
- Valid class 5 license with ability to obtain class 3.
- Strong physical fitness to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
