Neegan Development is seeking a positive, organized, and team-oriented HSE Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Health, Safety & Environment program and play a key role in maintaining compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

Provide administrative support to the HSE Coordinator and management, including monthly and quarterly client reporting.

Act as the central collection point for HSE documentation between SCL Aurora and Base.

Coordinate and schedule employee training and required safety courses.

Assist the Corporate HSE Advisor with WCB administration.

Collect, review, and enter all Loss/Close Call Reports (LCRs) into Simply Safety.

Compile monthly safety statistics and prepare reports.

Maintain project training and competency matrices.

Maintain systems for recording, reporting, and investigating incidents, injuries, and near misses.

Assist in developing and maintaining toolbox talk resources and safety documentation.

Maintain HSE records, databases, inspections, and related files.

Assist with new employee safety orientations at Mildred Lake.

Maintain employee training records and provide copies to HR.

Perform other HSE-related duties as required.

1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HSE environment.

Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and related support services.

Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Comfortable facilitating training sessions for groups of up to 15 people.

Professional, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
