Role Description
EPM Senior Consultant will be responsible for the following activities:
- A key focus of this role is partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of EPM Cloud services while maintaining business continuity
- The individual will collaborate with other EPM consultants to ensure that the EPM solutions are available, scalable and strategically aligned with long-term objectives
- This position will also play a leadership role in shaping the strategic direction of EPM Cloud capabilities to support and enhance overall business operations
- Support complex, secure, and scalable EPM Cloud solutions to address intricate business challenges, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Ensure architectural consistency, coherence, and best practices are maintained across all EPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- Conduct deep dives into broader financial domains to fully understand specific business complexities, technological needs, and how they relate to the EPM Cloud environment
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and proofs of concept to demonstrate the strategic and financial benefits of proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Lead map-gap discussions with business users, documenting solution alternatives and providing clear recommendations to ensure optimal decisions are made with minimal customizations and long-term sustainability in mind
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, partner resources, and cross-functional global teams, demonstrating the ability to influence, guide, and listen to drive consensus on critical business and technology decisions
Required Experience
7-10 years of EPM experience focused on EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS and at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience
Experience in architecting, designing and implementing EPM solutions.
Adept with EPM Modules such as EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS architecture.
Sound knowledge of typical Planning processes within an organization.
Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly.
Good documentation and presentation skills. Must be capable of creating collaterals and presentations
Tool/Technology Skills
Must have hands-on experience in working with the following tools/technologies:
1) Oracle EPBCS (including out of the box Modules such as Workforce, Capex and Projects)
2) Oracle ARCS
3) Oracle PCMCS
4) Oracle EDMCS
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
