Summary
We are looking for a professional driver that is self sufficient and operates our equipment in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to transport refrigerated freight across designated routes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Moving freight and shunt trailers when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold company safety policies and operational excellence.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor vehicle or equipment issues when required.
- Follow all federal and provincial transportation regulations to ensure compliance.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) for Ontario.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Clean CVOR and Driver-Abstract

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 70.0 per week
