Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with:
-Fence Construction
-Deck Construction
-Landscaping/Grading
-Sod Installation
-Concrete Repair
-Concrete Pouring
-Form Building
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies
- Support the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris and setting up tools
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Operate Bobcat Skidsteer and Excavators
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Reliable transportation to our staging yard on Gore St
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a VALID G2/G Licence
