DAY SHIFT – MONDAY TO THURSDAY, 6:00AM – 4:00PM
AFTERNOON SHIFT – MONDAY TO THURSDAY, 3:00PM – 1:00AM (training on day shift)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position maintains production and distribution of product by pulling materials and packaging from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging of bulk product; weighs and verifies accuracy of Customer and HK Kolmar Canada owned inventory on a regular and consistent basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with moving materials / raw materials / packaging.
- Update systems (MFG pro) and (Deacom)
- Support other locations as required
- Accurately and promptly maintains ERP system when moving materials.
- Completes Customer and internal inventories as requested.
- Complete cycle counts on a regular basis
- Promptly feeds production departments with packaging components as required.
- Promptly feeds compounding departments with raw materials as required.
- Assists co-workers throughout the plant as required by Supervisor.
- Maintains all areas in a clean and safe manner in compliance with GMP, SOPs, Safety Standards
- Follows and supports company procedures and policies established by management.
- Promptly advises Supervisor of any concerns or issues impacting efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Minimum of one year of Forklift experience
Skills/Knowledge/Licenses:
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Valid Forklift license
- BT Runner experience an asset
- Math competency
- Computer skills / competency
