JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive(BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms.
- Present and explain Manvian services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to achieve business goals.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Skills Required :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence in client interaction and sales discussions Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment Good presentation and relationship-building skills
