What You’ll Do
As a Sales Person, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping clients find the perfect vehicle. Your success will come from building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them confidently through the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Provide in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct product presentations and assist with test drives
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, including follow-ups and lead tracking
- Collaborate with finance and support teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Stay current on new models, promotions, and industry trends
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented dealership environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (automotive experience not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- VSA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for vehicles and a willingness to learn
