Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manager (e) restaurant Pizza to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation and cooking to supervising staff and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring hospitality expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for the food industry to help us create memorable dining moments.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and other menu items following established recipes and standards
- Manage food handling processes ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and transactions using Tamio Pos and all third parties platforms( uber , doordash and Ueat.
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food service activities, including serving customers efficiently and courteously
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and assisting in team management tasks
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality throughout the restaurant
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant management within the food industry
- Strong background in food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations
- Previous supervisory or team management experience in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and supervising staff
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including food safety standards, hospitality practices, and kitchen workflows
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; barista experience is also advantageous

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
