Account Analyst / Account Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Analyst / Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, analyzing account performance, administering service agreements and contracts, negotiating pricing and renewals, and identifying revenue growth opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and account retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer accounts to ensure data accuracy, profitability, contract compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain, update, and administer client service agreements, contracts, and account documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, contract renewals, and account agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, account reviews, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve profit margins, support upselling and cross-selling initiatives, and expand services within existing accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), account performance metrics, and customer trends; prepare reports and recommendations for management.
- Resolve client concerns, manage escalations, and proactively mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing evaluations to support account management strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of account growth, retention, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, account analysis, customer success, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM platforms, account management systems, and customer relationship management software preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
